Joshua Atterberry / Creative + Marketing

two sides.
one point of view.

I’m a designer, marketer, and art director who also thinks about what happens after the work goes out into the world. It’s not always black and white, but here’s how I bring it together.

01 / The creative side

First, the work.

The idea is only the beginning. I build identities, campaigns, websites, and experiences, then work through the details that bring them to life.

Selected work / creative + design

Identity in the details.

From a team shirt to a mural or menu, the details bring a brand to life.

Technology / brand + creative

A global brand, reimagined.

Leading a brand refresh for Shorthand and bringing its story to life across product launches and digital experiences.

Nightlife / campaigns + design

Nightlife by design.

Campaigns and visual identities that capture the energy of a place and give people a reason to show up.

Digital / design + experience

Websites that set the scene.

I want a website to feel like walking through the door. The energy, the atmosphere, the details that make a place its own.

Hospitality / concept + design

Menus with a point of view.

A menu is an extension of the brand in someone’s hands. I design it to feel as considered as the space around them.

02 / The marketing side

Then, what it does.

Good creative should catch someone’s attention. Strategy helps the right people find it, understand it, and take the next step.

Google Discovery

I connect search and advertising to the booking journey, then use the results to guide what comes next.

$2.78M

Estimated total revenue in the 2026 cross-channel advertising report, which includes modeled store-visit values and OpenTable. This is not a Google-only total or a measure of profit.

OpenTable

I connect promotions and reservations, then look at who’s booking, what it costs, and what guests spend.

27.69×

Attributed sales per advertising dollar across combined Google + OpenTable initiatives, October 2025–July 2026.

Revinate

I pair guest data with storytelling and targeted offers to encourage room and dining reservations.

$227,597

Combined year-to-date campaign revenue shown by Revinate for two hotel properties.

Guest Experience

I look for recurring concerns and team recognition across reviews, then share the findings with the people who can act on them.

+1.5 points

Improvement in a local po-boy shop’s rating while using a review-led approach. The team’s follow-through was part of the work; results vary by business.

03 / The experience
